This is Samuel Antram, LMFT. My clients call me Sam. I’ve been working as a licensed therapist for 25 years. I love my work— the true reward is witnessing the power of change clients find in striving for improvement in their lives. I like working in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. My approach I’m my view, there’s a crucial link and dynamic inter-relationship between what we think, what we do and how we feel. So, my main approach to therapy is to propel clients toward analyzing and revising distortions of thought that make them feel bad. Along with that is creating strategies for positive actions. Modalities I use are CBT, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Compassion Therapy, and Eclectic Therapies. My focus At this point in my career, I would like to work with individual adults ages 21 to 65. I want to help people who have had previous therapy and others engaging in it for the first time. I like having clients from all walks of life. I welcome people with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, life transition issues, and job stress. My communication style Most people say that I’m easy to talk to. That means people perceive me as friendly and focused during our sessions. I’m an active listener, and when I give feedback, it’s with care, clarity, and compassion.
